Throughout the design development stage, we refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc and define the lighting concepts and M&E requirements for final sign off. The full visualization of the project is provided via the use of drawings, visual aids, mood boards and 3d visualization.

During the technical design stage we prepare a well co-ordinated, fully-detailed, technical construction pack for the project, including down takings on refurbs and all the proposed new details for the build.

Post completion of the construction details, next we will develop fully detailed finishes schedules and furniture, finishing and electrical specifications for every area in the property.

Our in house construction team manages every aspect of construction process including site management and administration, full construction services for fit out. Site design management and site inspection is managed by our Project Architects
